Search Engine Optimization Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Manager to lead our SEO strategy and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with the ability to manage SEO campaigns, analyze performance, and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and monitor On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
• Plan and execute link-building and digital PR strategies to improve domain authority.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, site structure, page speed, and mobile optimization.
• Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
• Analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
• Create regular SEO reports and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Develop and manage SEO content strategies in collaboration with content writers.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Conduct SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve website visibility.
• Manage, guide, and mentor SEO executives and team members.
• Coordinate with content, development, marketing, and other teams to achieve SEO objectives.
• Set SEO targets, track team performance, and ensure timely execution of SEO activities.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.
• Good understanding of website architecture, HTML basics, and technical SEO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of Google search algorithms and ranking factors.

Soft Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant SEO experience, with prior experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
