Search Engine Optimization Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SEO leader to drive organic growth, search visibility, lead generation, and SEO strategy across multiple digital properties. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SEO leadership, team management, stakeholder engagement, and direct interaction with international clients. The role involves leading SEO initiatives, managing teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving business growth through organic channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and organic growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive organic traffic, keyword rankings, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Lead On-Page, Technical, and Off-Page SEO initiatives across multiple websites.
• Oversee website audits, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, Schema implementation, and overall site performance.
• Define content strategy based on keyword research, search intent, competitor analysis, and market opportunities.
• Drive AI Search, AEO, GEO, and Google AI Overview optimization initiatives.
• Monitor SEO performance using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, and Looker Studio.
• Lead, mentor, and manage SEO Managers, Team Leads, Executives, and external agencies/vendors.
• Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations, training, and development initiatives.
• Work closely with Content, Development, Design, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure successful SEO execution.
• Act as a primary point of contact for international clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, understand business requirements, present SEO strategies, and provide performance updates.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Present SEO performance reports, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI-driven search trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 8–15+ years of SEO experience with proven organic growth achievements.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO, and Link Building.
• Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, and Looker Studio.
• Proven experience managing and scaling SEO teams.
• Strong experience handling international clients and client-facing communication.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Experience with US SEO and international markets.
• Knowledge of AI Search, AEO, GEO, Google AI Overviews, and SEO automation tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with B2B, Professional Services, SaaS, KPO, or Consulting industries.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
