Namdhari Consultancy Services is looking for a hands-on SEO Manager who can own strategy and delivery across multiple client accounts while leading a growing SEO team.

Our clients operate across education, ecommerce, healthcare, beauty and other competitive sectors. We need someone who can connect technical SEO, content, authority building, analytics and AI search visibility with measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own SEO, AEO and GEO strategy across multiple client accounts.
• Develop keyword, content, technical SEO, internal linking and off-page strategies.
• Improve client visibility across Google Search, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and other AI answer platforms.
• Build practical systems to track AI mentions, citations, and share of visibility.
• Diagnose crawling, indexing, canonicalisation, migration, schema, Core Web Vitals and website architecture issues.
• Review and approve technical, on-page, content and off-page work before delivery.
• Set account-level targets for rankings, organic traffic, qualified leads and AI visibility.
• Analyse GSC, GA4 and SEO-tool data to identify problems and growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and allocate work across SEO executives, junior team members and content resources.
• Conduct client strategy and performance-review calls.
• Build SOPs, reporting systems and quality-control processes.
• Coordinate with content, development, paid media and client-success teams.
• Report account health, team performance and resource requirements to the founder.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of relevant SEO experience.
• Experience owning strategy for multiple client accounts; agency experience is preferred.
• Proven team-management, mentoring or SEO quality-review experience.
• Strong command of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content strategy, structured data and off-page SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog or comparable tools.
• Practical exposure to AEO/GEO and AI search visibility.
• Ability to explain SEO performance through leads, conversions and business impact.
• Experience presenting strategies and results directly to clients or senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, prioritisation and communication skills.
