Project Overview

We are seeking a reliable, proactive SEO link-building specialist to research and secure high-quality, unpaid backlinks for four established websites operating in different industries.

This is a fixed-price, four-month engagement with monthly performance reviews. The opportunity may be extended based on results, backlink quality, and compliance with the project’s organic-only policy.

Key Responsibilities

· Research and secure legitimate backlinks from reputable, relevant websites.

· Find opportunities through competitor backlink analysis, industry resource pages, professional associations, business partnerships, unlinked brand mentions, and editorial contributions.

· Conduct personalized outreach and follow-ups using a company-provided email address.

· Build professional relationships with relevant website owners, editors, publishers, and industry organizations.

· Maintain a shared spreadsheet documenting prospects, outreach activity, responses, follow-ups, and acquired backlinks.

Monthly Deliverables & Targets

· Rotate across four websites, focusing on one website per week.

· Target 1–2 new, relevant, high-quality backlinks per website per month (4–8 backlinks in total).

· Provide the verified live URL for every backlink successfully acquired.

· Track outreach activity, responses, follow-ups, and pending opportunities.

· Submit a concise monthly performance report summarizing results and next steps.

Quality and relevance take priority over quantity. Backlinks must come from legitimate websites with real content and audiences. Because editorial decisions are controlled by third parties, targets are goals rather than guaranteed outcomes.

Strict Organic-Only Policy

Paid backlinks and paid placements are strictly prohibited.

The following tactics are not acceptable:

· Paid guest posts, sponsored placements, or publishing fees.

· Private blog networks (PBNs), link farms, or reciprocal link schemes.

· Spammy directories, social-profile links, forum spam, or automated backlink creation.

· Irrelevant websites or sites created primarily to sell links.

Compensation & Performance Review

· Compensation is a fixed monthly payment; this is not an hourly engagement.

· The initial project term is four months, with a review at the end of each month.

· Performance will be assessed primarily on genuine backlinks acquired, backlink quality, and adherence to the no-paid-placement policy—not outreach volume alone.

· Continuation beyond the initial term will depend on results, quality, and compliance.
