About The Role We are seeking a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Supervisor to lead and implement strategies that enhance organic visibility, drive website traffic, and improve search engine rankings. This role involves developing and executing SEO campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring that our digital presence aligns with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SEO techniques, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This position requires onsite work and relocation to Purbalingga.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility, traffic, and search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, content, and URL structures, to align with SEO best practices.
• Manage and improve technical SEO aspects, such as site speed, crawlability, and mobile-friendliness.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, SEO-friendly content in collaboration with the content team.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party platforms.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website development principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience in leading and managing a team, with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Effective communication skills to convey strategies and results to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to relocate to Purbalingga for onsite work.
• Familiarity with FMCG products and their digital marketing needs is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
