Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The specialist will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements for company websites and digital properties. Daily tasks include monitoring website performance, analyzing traffic trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing best practices to increase organic visibility and search rankings. The role also involves collaborating with content and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader business goals, preparing performance reports, and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong SEO skills, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building strategies, and technical SEO.
• Experience with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and major keyword research platforms.
• Knowledge of web fundamentals, including HTML/CSS basics, site structure, page speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
• Familiarity with content optimization, including collaboration with writers to create search-friendly, user-focused content.
• Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and prepare clear performance reports and recommendations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in SEO or digital marketing for construction, infrastructure, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in SEO.
