Responsibilities:

• Own the technical SEO strategy for a large-scale digital platform and extensive profile-page ecosystem, including indexation, site architecture, page performance, and structured data implementation.
• Develop and execute content and keyword strategies for both consumer-facing discovery and creator/recruitment-focused acquisition funnels, including educational and knowledge-based content.
• Drive link acquisition initiatives within highly regulated or restricted industries where conventional outreach tactics may have limited effectiveness.
• Lead programmatic SEO initiatives across thousands of dynamically generated profile and landing pages.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and creator-focused teams to maximize organic visibility across community-driven platforms and social channels.

Required Experience:

• Experience in highly regulated, restricted, or competitive digital industries such as adult industry, online gaming, entertainment, financial services, or similar verticals where traditional SEO approaches may be constrained.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable organic traffic growth, supported by clear examples and performance outcomes.
• Proven experience managing programmatic SEO and large-scale optimization projects across templated or dynamically generated pages.
• Ability to work closely with engineering and product teams to prioritize and implement technical improvements.

Preferred Experience

• Content SEO and editorial planning experience supporting recruitment, education, community, or acquisition funnels.
• Familiarity with organic growth strategies across community forums, social platforms, and audience-driven digital channels.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
