Roles & Responsibilities

• Own SEO strategy — plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, and traffic.
• Keyword research — identify high-value, high-intent search opportunities.
• On-page & content SEO — optimize pages and blogs; partner with the Content team on SEO-driven content.
• Audits & technical SEO — run SEO audits; work with Tech to resolve crawling, indexing, and site issues.
• Off-page & link-building — drive effective initiatives that strengthen domain authority.
• Local SEO — manage local SEO to improve visibility across Brick&Bolt's key markets and cities.
• Competitor intelligence — monitor competitor rankings, activity, and content strategies to spot growth opportunities.
• Performance tracking & reporting — track rankings, leads, and conversions
• Lead generation & conversion — identify and implement ways to improve organic lead generation and conversion.
• Cross-team collaboration — work with Marketing, Content, Technology, Product, and Business teams to drive overall organic growth.
