  • Conduct testing and quality assurance activities for search enhancements, releases, configuration updates, and platform changes.
  • Review and validate search results following catalog, content, or platform updates.
  • Partner with Product, Merchandising, PIM, Analytics, Category Management, and Technology teams to align search experiences with business priorities and improve overall search performance.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, diagnose issues, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, conditional formulas, text manipulation, and analysis of large datasets.
  • Experience working with analytics tools, performance reporting, and large datasets to measure and optimize customer search and discovery experiences.
  • Full professional English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Merchandising, Product, Analytics, and Technology teams.

WE VALUE:

  • Experience with GA4 or similar digital analytics platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, Python, APIs or other web and data technologies.
  • Experience with ecommerce product catalogs, product attributes, taxonomy or PIM systems.
  • B2B ecommerce or distribution experience.

WHAT'S IN FOR YOU:

  • Benefits that go beyond Mexican labor law, ensuring your well-being and peace of mind.
  • A collaborative and inclusive work environment where your contributions are valued.
  • Opportunities for continuous professional growth and skill development through training, mentoring, and challenging projects.
  • Access to cutting-edge tools, resources, and a supportive team to help you excel.
