Searches Support (Administrative)

Are you detail-oriented, eager to learn and motivated to develop your skills? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team, supporting the delivery of utility record search services, with the opportunity to progress into utility mapping as experience grows.

Initially you will be responsible for gathering and analysing information from utility providers and statutory authorities, producing high-quality composite reports and helping to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

What we are looking for

• Someone who has experience or an interest in QGIS, AutoCAD and graphic design software.
• A natural organiser who enjoys juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
• A team player who’s also comfortable working independently.
• Attention to detail – you notice the little things that others might miss.
• A positive attitude and willingness to ask questions and learn.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
