We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Baker to join our team at a bustling coffee shop. This part-time, seasonal position involves preparing delicious biscuits and baked goods to complement our evolving menu, including seasonal items. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume production, maintain a clean workspace, and work effectively within a team. A positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork are essential qualities for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough and baked goods, primarily focusing on biscuits, ensuring company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency during high-volume production
• Produce consistent products that meet customer expectations
• Assist in developing new seasonal menu items for food and beverage offerings
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure timely production of baked goods to meet customer demand while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Prior experience in high-volume baking or food production is preferred
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and manage basic math calculations for ingredient measurements
• Strong commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a sanitized work environment
• Reliable transportation with a vehicle suitable for winter road conditions is required
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential
• Flexibility to work part-time hours during the seasonal period
