Seasonal Caterers

We are looking for positive happy people to help us now through the Christmas and End-of-the-Year rush! This is a seasonal position through the end of December (with the possibility of permanent employment). We are looking for part-time caterers available for breakfast and dinner shifts and Saturdays.

This role includes delivery, set-up, and breakdown of corporate catering at multiple Charlotte and surrounding area businesses using a company van and/or personal vehicle. In addition, you would be setting up and serving at larger formal events. Set-up includes setting tables for buffets, using chaffing dishes, drink dispensers, setups, utensils, etc. Duties include:

• Filling delivery orders making sure everything is complete and on time
• Delivering food to our clients safely and efficiently in support of their meetings and events
• Setting up catering order in a professional manner for customers at their location as requested
• Engaging with the customers on site to answer questions, educate on the selections and continue to build relationships for future orders
• Working as a team player with our catering production staff to uphold our commitment to quality food and outstanding presentation
• Serving at events may include serving plates, bussing tables, filling water glasses, maintaining buffets etc.
• Any other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

-Must have valid driver's license

-Must have open availability Mon-Sat including early mornings

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and guests
• Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
