God’s Love We Deliver, a nonsectarian organization, is the New York metropolitan area’s leading provider of life-sustaining meals and nutrition counseling for people living with severe illnesses. Begun as an HIV/AIDS service organization, God’s Love provides for people living with more than 200 individual diagnoses. God’s Love cooks and home delivers the specific, nutritious meals a client’s severe illness and treatment so urgently require. Meals are individually tailored for each client by one of our Registered Dietitians, and all clients have access to unlimited nutrition counseling. God’s Love supports families by providing meals for the children and senior caregivers of our clients. All of our services are provided at no cost to our clients.

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of the Seasonal Data Entry Specialist is to support and assist with various aspects of donation processing through the year-end donation period. This position is a full-time seasonal position from November 2026 through January 2027, and requires full-time onsite work from our New York City offices.

Responsibilities:

• Open and sort incoming mail.
• Sort gifts and create gift batches for data entry.
• Scan gift information to electronic files for gift processing.
• Transfer data into Raiser’s Edge donor database.
• Download distribution reports from third party platforms.
• Deposit checks via remote deposit.
• Process credit card transactions.
• Reconcile gift batches to source documents.
• Maintain paper and electronic donation files.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one years’ experience with data entry.
• Experience working in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge/RENXT preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrates superior attention to detail.
• Operates effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Demonstrates superior time management skills with the ability to work effectively under, and consistently meet, deadlines, and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
