Paul Byron Shoes - Roscommon €14.15 per hour | 15-37.5 hours per week | Fixed-Term Seasonal Contract Paul Byron Shoes is looking for reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our E-Commerce Team for our busy Black Friday, Christmas and January sales period.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team during one of our busiest times of the year. You'll play an important part in making sure our customers receive their online orders accurately, carefully and on time.

Contract: Fixed-term seasonal contract

Start Date: 1 November 2026

End Date: 15 January 2027

Hours: Part-time/flexible hours, with a minimum of 15 hours and up to 37.5 hours per week depending on business requirements

Pay: €14.15 per hour

What You'll Be Doing As part of our E-Commerce Team, your day will be varied and active. Your duties will include:

• Picking stock accurately for online customer orders
• Scanning, packing and labelling orders ready for dispatch
• Processing customer returns
• Assisting with stock control and stock organisation
• Developing a good working knowledge of our products and stock locations
• Working closely with other Pickers, E-Commerce colleagues and the Warehouse Team
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Following company Health & Safety procedures and operational processes
• Supporting the wider team during busy periods as required

The ideal candidate will have:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to work efficiently and meet daily targets
• A willingness to learn and help out wherever needed
• Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, stock or busy working environment is an advantage, but not essential
• A valid Manual Handling Certificate is desirable but not essential
