About Us

Nothing Bundt Cakes is a Holiday based business, and this Fall and Winter, we’re celebrating our second holiday season! With a busy season full of community events, deliveries, and celebrations, we’re looking for a Seasonal Joy Creator to join our team and help us spread joy throughout our community.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic team member to help us during our high-volume holiday season. We’re open to the right candidate’s strengths and interests! Whether you enjoy interacting with guests and attending events or prefer working behind the scenes baking and decorating, there’s an opportunity for you to shine.

Responsibilities

Depending on your strengths and business needs, responsibilities may include:

• Providing friendly, welcoming, and exceptional guest service.
• Assisting with cake deliveries and ensuring orders arrive safely and on time.
• Supporting local marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Assisting with baking, frosting, decorating, and crafting cakes.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Helping the team prepare for seasonal promotions, holidays, and special events.
• Working collaboratively to ensure every guest has a joyful experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
• Flexible and willing to assist in different areas as needed.
• Previous baking, food service, customer service, or event experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

This is a seasonal position for the Fall and Winter holiday season. Availability during busy periods, weekends, holidays, and special events may be needed.
