Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while practicing professional phone etiquette.
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to enhance their shopping experience.
• Manage stock levels by organizing inventory, restocking shelves, and recording product movements efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth stall operations and timely customer assistance.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the stall area, adhering to safety standards and time management practices.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with an energetic and positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage stock and display setups effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in merchandising.
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
