Seasonal Part Time Associate

We are seeking a bilingual, motivated, dependable, and sales-driven Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team for the holiday season.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoys men's fashion, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available to work weekends, closing shifts, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in men's fashion, footwear, and accessories.
• Comfortable working toward individual sales goals.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Hourly base pay plus individual sales commission.
• Average earning potential of $15+/hour, depending on individual sales performance.
• The holiday season is one of the busiest and best times of the year to earn more through sales commissions!

Schedule

• Part-time seasonal position.
• Approximately 2-3 shifts per week.
• Weekend, closing shift, and holiday availability is required.
