Role Description The Seasonal Sales Associate is a part-time, on-site role located in Gretna, NE. This role focuses on delivering an excellent in-store experience by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and assisting with product selection and fitting room support. The associate helps maintain visual standards by organizing merchandise, replenishing stock, and ensuring the sales floor and backroom remain clean and well-presented. Daily responsibilities include operating the cash register, processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and following loss prevention and store policies. The Seasonal Sales Associate also supports promotional activities, meets individual and team sales goals, and collaborates with teammates and leaders to ensure smooth store operations during peak seasonal periods.

Qualifications

• Customer service and retail sales skills, including the ability to engage customers, identify needs, and recommend products.
• Cash handling and point-of-sale system skills, with attention to accuracy and basic math abilities.
• Merchandising and organization skills, including maintaining visual standards, stocking, and arranging displays.
• Communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the sales floor, and lift or move merchandise as needed.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and follow store procedures is essential.
• Minimum age and work authorization as required by local laws; high school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
