Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with enthusiasm and detailed knowledge
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and correct delivery
• Provide attentive guest service by checking on tables regularly and responding promptly to requests
• Assist in food preparation and setup to support kitchen operations when needed
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage time efficiently during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations and satisfied guests

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant serving roles preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key!
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and basic food preparation techniques
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
• Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling and prep processes
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service times

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
