Seasonal Snow Plow Driver

Seasonal Snow Plow Driver — $25–$30/hr

Cardigan Valley Farms is hiring a dependable seasonal plow driver for the upcoming winter.

This is an as-needed snow position. When it snows, we work. When it doesn't snow, there are no guaranteed hours.

The job:

• Plow residential properties during snow events
• Work from established, relatively tight routes
• Operate reliable company trucks and snow equipment
• Communicate with the team throughout the storm
• Work safely and efficiently in changing winter conditions

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Can pass a background check and drug screening
• Is dependable — if you're scheduled for a storm, we need to know you'll be there
• Is comfortable driving during snow and winter conditions
• Can work nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays when storms require it
• Communicates well and works as part of a team

Previous plowing experience is strongly preferred.

Pay: $25–$30/hour based on experience

This is a seasonal, weather-dependent position with no guaranteed weekly hours.

If you're looking to make good extra money this winter and don't mind working when everyone else is staying home, we'd like to talk.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 50.0 per week

Work Location: In person
