Seasonal Support Associate

JARED SEASONAL SALES SUPPORT

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Contributes to an environment of total customer satisfaction by making the customer's needs the first priority.

2. Provides customer service and assistance. Answers the telephone, explains procedures and policy as relates to the store.

3. Attains daily standards.

4.Records all sales and non-sales transactions on the P.O.S. terminal

5. Assists in maintaining internal and external areas of the store as directed.

6.Performs other duties as assigned.

7.Adheres to all established security and loss prevention policies

Required Skills and Abilities:

1. Ability to plan and organize work.

2. Ability to meet deadlines.

3. Ability to do numeric calculations.

4. Accurate spelling and typing skills and understanding of alphabetizing and filing systems.

5. Willingness to do the same detail repeatedly.

6. Ability to remember procedures and directions.

7. Ability to interpret and apply written instructions.

8. Working knowledge of office machinery.

9. Excellent communication skills.

10. Ability to work and cooperate with others.

11. Reliability and dependability.

12. Tact in dealing with people.
