Responsibilities
- Design & Development of Seating systems with 10+ Years experience
- Design of all seating parts - Sheet metal, plastics and surrounding parts from the concept to mass production
- 3D, 2D and 3DA experience in Catia V5 & Catia V6 with good Surface modelling skills.
- Design Considering the Package, styling, vehicle regulation & performance
- Experience in FMVSS, ECE regulatory requirements
- Good knowledge in Occupant safety regulation
- Need to understand the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) & DFA
- Intermediate checking with cross functional team and check Module level
- Offshore coordination for tasks on schedule with desired quality
- Guide team on continuous quality improvement
