Seating_Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Project delivery related to engineering and design from kick off to implementation including QFD, benchmarking

Requirements

• DesignEexperience of Automotive Restraint components like Airbags,Steering wheel and Seat belts
• Hands on experince on overall Restraint system design & development process & activities involved at every stages of Program.
• Knowledge of engineering plastic materials and processes, dimensional management, GD&T.
• Hands on experience on Product life cycle management system (PLM) -TCE & TCUA.
• Creating Engineering Concept design, master sections, macro feasibility during styling stage
• Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP
• Knowledge of Restraint regulations
• Good analytical, logical and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Catia V5-3D modeling in surfacing as well as solid. Generating 2D drawings,3D annotation etc
