What You'll Do

• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings
• Research and document technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP
• Partner with leadership on acquisitions, revenue recognition, equity transactions, and other complex accounting topics
• Assist with implementation of new accounting standards and reporting requirements
• Support financial reporting, internal controls, and SOX compliance initiatives
• Coordinate with auditors and cross-functional business partners
• Drive process improvements and support special projects impacting the broader organization

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• 5+ years of public accounting experience or public/private combination experience
• Strong SEC reporting and technical accounting background
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Experience researching accounting issues and preparing supporting documentation
• Strong communication, analytical, and Excel skills
