What they need
Overview
Second chef required for our family run residential care home, catering for 18 residents. 2 days per week including weekends. Working 9am to 5pm with half an hour unpaid lunch Monday to Saturday and 9am to 4pm with half an hour unpaid lunch on Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking, and plating a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a safe working environment.
Experience
- Extensive food production, preparation, and cooking experience
- Solid knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
Pay: £13.40-£14.20 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 per week
Work Location: In person
