We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Second Grade Educator to join our elementary school team. This role involves implementing curriculum, managing classroom activities, and planning lessons that meet educational standards while inspiring a love for learning.

Duties

• Manage and maintain an organized, safe, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement approved curriculum effectively, ensuring alignment with educational goals and standards.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to second-grade students’ developmental levels.
• Foster positive behavior and social skills through consistent classroom management strategies.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success and address learning needs.
• Incorporate diverse teaching methods and educational technology to enhance student engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance data.

• Proven elementary school teaching experience, particularly with second-grade students.
