Position: Print Production Operator (Second shift 2pm-10pm)

Location: Windsor, CT Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain digital printing equipment for aluminum cans
• Perform quality checks to ensure color accuracy, template alignment, and print consistency
• Troubleshoot printing machinery and production line issues
• Collaborate with the design and operations teams to meet client requirements
• Follow all safety, maintenance, and quality assurance standards
• Support continuous improvement in manufacturing and packaging processes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or production environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design templates and print specifications
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot printing presses and production machinery
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight production deadlines

Be prepared to demonstrate and/or provide:

• 5+ years of work experience (does not have to all be in Printing)
• Past mechanical experience preferred
• Experience operating digital printers preferred
• References from prior employers

Understand:

• We are a startup, this will be fast-paced hard work but very rewarding
• Warehouse where the printer is located may be hot/cold and noisy
• This role will require heavy lifting up to 75lbs
• Previous canning, and/or printing experience is a plus, but not required
