Second Shift Production Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Second Shift Supervisor to lead evening production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring daily production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved while supporting team development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate second shift production activities.
• Ensure daily production output and schedule adherence.
• Train, coach, and support production employees.
• Perform quality checks and enforce manufacturing standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform minor equipment maintenance.
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Report production, quality, and safety performance to management.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and motivate employees.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
