Second Shift Supervisor, Commercial Cleaning

Lead second shift on the floor at a busy downtown Atlanta attraction. Guests are in the building, events run at night, and when a spill is reported, your team gets there first. If you like leading by example, read on.

Pay: $19.00 per hour, full time
Schedule: Second shift, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday (afternoon into late evening), with events as needed
Location: Downtown Atlanta

About the Role

The Second Shift Supervisor works side by side with the crew and reports to the Second Shift Operations Manager. You keep every area covered, respond fast when something happens, and make sure the work is done right before the shift hands off.

What You'll Do

• Lead and work alongside a team of cleaning associates every shift.
• Respond fast to spills and guest-area needs, and log every one.
• Walk and inspect your areas, and fix issues before the shift ends.
• Help cover call-outs and keep every area assigned.
• Run event changeovers and floor care, including auto scrubbers.
• Train and coach new team members with patience and positivity.
• Use simple mobile tools for inspections, schedules, and timekeeping.

What You'll Bring

• 1 to 2+ years leading or supervising a janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or hospital EVS team.
• Able to work Friday through Tuesday, including weekends.
• A calm, steady presence under pressure.
• You show up on time and your team can count on you.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
