Second Shift Warehouse Lead (2nd Shift Supervisor)

Job Summary

Minerallac Company is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Second Shift Lead to provide leadership and day-to-day oversight for our Receiving, Packaging, and Assembly departments.

The Second Shift Lead will help coordinate staffing and daily work assignments while ensuring operations are completed safely, accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This position will work closely with team members and management to support productivity, quality, workflow, training, and overall department operations.

The ideal candidate has previous warehouse or manufacturing experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees in both English and Spanish.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this position.

Hours: 2:30pm-11pm

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight for Receiving, Packaging, and Assembly operations during second shift
• Coordinate staffing and daily work assignments based on department needs
• Support, train, and provide direction to team members
• Monitor productivity, quality, workflow, and completion of daily assignments
• Help ensure work is performed safely, accurately, efficiently, and according to established procedures
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues and communicate concerns to management as needed
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and department documentation
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
• Assist with Receiving, Packaging, Assembly, and other department tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking employees

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• 1+ years of related warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively lead and support employees in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and adjust priorities based on operational needs
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees and management
• Dependable and able to lead by example
