What they need
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Secondary Market Real Estate Agent to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary/resale property market and be confident in handling property owners, buyers, tenants, viewings, negotiations, and transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Generate and manage secondary market property listings
- Handle buyer and seller inquiries
- Source and develop relationships with property owners
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings and follow-ups
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Coordinate with owners, buyers, mortgage consultants, conveyancers, and relevant parties
- Manage transactions from initial inquiry through closing
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
- Stay updated on Dubai property prices, market trends, and regulations
- Achieve individual sales and performance targets
