Business Studies Teacher The Business Studies Teacher is responsible for delivering a high-quality, engaging, and academically rigorous Business Studies curriculum aligned with the British Curriculum and relevant examination board specifications. Through effective planning, innovative teaching strategies, and continuous assessment, the Teacher develops students' understanding of business concepts, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, and the global economy while promoting critical thinking, commercial awareness, financial literacy, problem-solving, and leadership skills. The Teacher creates a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages high standards of achievement, independent learning, resilience, and a lifelong passion for learning, while meeting the individual needs of every student. Working collaboratively within the wider school community, the Business Studies Teacher builds strong partnerships with colleagues, school leaders, teaching assistants, parents, and external stakeholders to support students' academic, personal, and social development. Adapt standard teaching methods to meet different student needs and interests. Establish and affect rules for acceptable behaviour. Apply and follow up on approved disciplinary interventions. Make referrals for intervention and assistance where necessary. communicate your needs and expectations to your teaching assistant. Liaise with your teaching assistant to ensure maximum efficiency in the classroom and that each child is receiving the support he or she needs Support children on personal hygiene practices and self-care. Encourage cooperative social behaviour through games and activities. Observe, evaluate, and record children's social and academic progress. Provide constructive feedback to parents, guardians, and administration. Prepare and distribute written reports. Prepare lesson materials and resources by the school s procedures.
