Secondary Languages Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Secondary Languages Teacher to join our vibrant community.
We are open to applications from suitably qualified teachers with experience in any language, and would love to hear from educators who can inspire students to develop an appreciation for language, culture and the wider world.
 
This is a part-time position, with the teaching load to be negotiated with the successful candidate. We welcome applications from teachers who can offer a second teaching area, although this is not essential.
 
More than anything, we are looking for someone who will contribute positively to our Christian ethos and culture and share our commitment to helping young people flourish academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.

• Sound experience in teaching a language (with fluency in that language highly regarded) and inspiring students to engage with language and culture.
• A commitment to providing engaging and high-quality learning experiences.
• Appropriate teaching qualifications and current QCT registration.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements.
• The ability to build positive and respectful relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• A genuine commitment to the Christian ethos and values of the College.
• An additional teaching area will be highly regarded.
