Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Education or a relevant subject

Recognised teaching qualification such as QTS, PGCE or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of recent teaching experience

Experience teaching the relevant age group and subject

Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England

Good understanding of assessment, differentiation and effective teaching strategies

Ability to create a positive, engaging and well-managed classroom environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to student wellbeing, safeguarding and pastoral care

Ability to work collaboratively as part of an experienced international teaching team

Willingness to contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities

International teaching experience and previous UAE experience would be advantageous

Experience with IGCSE, A Level or Sixth Form teaching would be advantageous for relevant secondary positions
