作为国中补习老师，你将负责教授国中阶段的相关科目，根据学生的学习程度进行教学调整，并帮助学生建立扎实的学术基础、良好的学习习惯及自主学习能力。

As a Secondary School Tuition Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching secondary school subjects, adapting lessons according to students’ learning needs, and helping students build strong academic foundations, effective study habits, and independent learning skills.

主要工作职责 | Key Responsibilities

1. 课程教学 | Teaching & Lesson Delivery

• 根据国中课程大纲及中心教学计划进行授课。
• Deliver lessons according to the secondary school syllabus and centre's teaching plans.
• 清晰讲解课本内容、重点知识及相关学习概念。
• Explain subject concepts clearly and effectively to students.

2. 个别化教学 | Student-Centred Teaching

• 根据学生不同的学习程度、能力及需求调整教学方式。
• Adapt teaching methods according to students’ learning levels, abilities, and individual needs.
• 针对学生的学习弱点提供适当的指导及辅导。
• Identify students’ learning gaps and provide appropriate guidance and support.

3. 学习进度跟进 | Student Progress Monitoring

• 批改作业、练习、测验及考试。
• Mark homework, exercises, tests, and examinations.
• 定期跟进学生的学习进度、课堂表现及学习态度。
• Monitor students’ academic progress, classroom performance, and learning attitude.
• 协助学生提升考试技巧及整体学习表现。
• Help students improve examination techniques and overall academic performance.

4. 课堂管理 | Classroom Management

• 维持良好的课堂秩序及学习纪律。
• Maintain effective classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• 营造积极、专注、互动及鼓励性的学习氛围。
• Create an engaging, focused, supportive, and positive learning environment.

5. 家长沟通 | Parent Communication

• 与家长保持专业及良好的沟通。
• Maintain professional and positive communication with parents.
• 及时向家长反馈学生的学习进度及表现。
• Provide timely updates and feedback regarding students’ learning progress and performance.

6. 学术活动及团队合作 | Academic Activities & Teamwork

• 协助准备测验、考试、教材及教学活动。
• Assist in preparing tests, examinations, teaching materials, and academic activities.
• 配合补习中心的活动、培训及工作安排。
• Participate in centre activities, training sessions, and other work arrangements.
• 与其他老师及团队成员保持良好合作。
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other team members.

任职要求 | Requirements

基本资格 | Qualifications

• **至少拥有 SPM 或以上学历。**Minimum qualification of SPM or above.
• **所教授科目的 SPM 成绩须达到 B 或以上。**Candidates should have obtained at least a B grade in the subject(s) they intend to teach.
• 对所教授的科目具备扎实的知识基础。
  Strong subject knowledge in the subject(s) taught.
• 具备良好的中文 / 英文沟通及表达能力。
  Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and/or English.
