Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during evening and overnight shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
• You will need to be able to complete basic front desk duties and manage additional operational task.
• Manage daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and pricing adjustments to maximize sales opportunities.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering activities to ensure accuracy and security.
• Conduct employee orientation sessions and ongoing training to develop a skilled and motivated team.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Utilize management skills to oversee operational tasks
• Proven experience in hospitality management or assistant manager roles with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial responsibilities confidently.
• Demonstrated skills in operational management.
• Ability to manage time efficiently during shift changes while maintaining organizational standards.
• Experience with hospitality or customer service is a plus; however, all applicants should possess basic math skills and a strong customer service orientation.
