We are looking for a SecOps Engineer !

Mission: As a SecOps Engineer, you will contribute to the security and operational stability of IT environments, supporting the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of security practices and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily Security Operations activities and security-related incidents.
• Monitor security events, alerts and operational indicators.
• Investigate and analyse security incidents, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Support incident response and coordinate with relevant technical teams.
• Implement and maintain security controls and operational procedures.
• Contribute to vulnerability management and remediation activities.
• Support the implementation and improvement of security monitoring and detection mechanisms.
• Analyse logs and security information to identify suspicious activities and potential risks.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud and other IT teams to address security requirements.
• Participate in security projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures and operational runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and established procedures.
• Work collaboratively within an international and multicultural environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in Security Operations / SecOps or a similar cybersecurity role.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security monitoring and incident management.
• Experience with security events, alerts and log analysis.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and security controls.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networks and operating systems.
• Experience with security tools and monitoring platforms.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate incidents and identify appropriate remediation actions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and operational environment.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office in Oeiras.
