Must Have Skills:

• Experience with at least one target SIEM/security platform: GSO, CrowdStrike, or Elastic
• Experience with or strong understanding of agentic security tools
• Bonus experience with Dropzone and/or Prophet
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work through technical roadblocks
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and propose effective solutions

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Perform hands-on Security Operations engineering in support of client security environments
• Work with SIEM and security platforms to support operational security needs
• Leverage agentic security tooling to help improve and support service delivery
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work through complex security engineering challenges
• Proactively identify roadblocks and recommend practical solutions
• Collaborate with security teams and stakeholders to support effective SecOps processes
• Help optimize security tooling and operational workflows
• Apply strong technical judgment and problem-solving skills in a client-facing service environment
