Secretary ( 5 Days )

我們的客戶是一間TW的貿易公司，現在招聘一位擁有3 - 5年經驗的Secretary職位，資料如下:

JobDuties:

• Provide Secretarial and comprehensive administrative support to management.
• Coordinate internal , external meetings and appointments.
• Follow up Travel arrangement including flight reservations, accommodation, visa processing, and detailed itinerary planning.
• Draft and finalize letters, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of contracts, agreements, and company data.
• Support daily office operations and ad hoc tasks.
• Assist with special projects and provide flexible support for management initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree holder required
• 3 – 5 years of relevant Secretarial or Administrative experience (Stable working backbround is perfect)
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (Boss is TW)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and occasional travel
• Short Noted or Immediate will be advantage
