Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to fill the position of full-time secretary at our tire store. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
• Greeting and assisting customers with inquiries
• Processing transactions and handling cash
• Maintaining and organizing office files and records
• Assisting with inventory management
• Providing administrative support to the management team as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Schedule:

• Part time. 30 hours maximum but not guaranteed, you will get at least 20 hours.
• Availability to work rotating weekends and evenings as needed
