Receptionist/Secretary Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Greet, assist, and direct visitors, clients, and customers.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence.
• Send, receive, and distribute faxes and maintain fax records as needed.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Prepare, organize, copy, scan, fax, and distribute documents.
• Maintain office inventory and monitor supply levels, placing orders when necessary.
• Run business-related errands, including trips to the bank and post office.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
• Coordinate office communications and relay messages promptly.
• Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
• Organize reception and common areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring smooth daily office operations.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 24.0 per week

Experience:

• DME: 1 year (Preferred)
