It's Magazine is a new digital lifestyle magazine covering fashion, sports, luxury travel, real estate, arts, finance and more, with membership, podcasts, events, a creator portal and a shop. www.itsthemagazine.com

This is a long-term editorial partner role at a new magazine, not a one-off assignment.

What you would own

• Editing and approving articles across the site's 12 sections: Sports, Fashion, Luxury and Travel, Celebrities and Influencers, Arts, Events, Finance and Investments, Real Estate, Tech, Health and Fitness, Marketing, and New Brands

• Keeping every section current, with timely stories and no stale pages

• Fact-checking, sourcing and photo credits on every piece before it goes live

• Working day to day in the Editor Portal: reviewing submissions, scheduling, and keeping the site clean

• Coordinating contributors: assigning beats, giving notes, and getting pieces to publishable

What we look for

• Editing experience at a magazine, newspaper, digital publication or brand newsroom

• A sharp eye for structure, accuracy and headlines that earn the click without hype

• Comfort working in a web CMS and with a remote team

• Clips or a portfolio we can review

• Based in the United States. Candidates outside the US are considered only when they have worked with major brands.
