Section Head Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Section Head Engineering to lead our engineering division and drive strategic account management initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations, managing key client relationships, and ensuring delivery of high-quality technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the engineering team to foster professional growth, continuous improvement, and a high-performance culture.

• Oversee and coordinate end-to-end product development, ensuring maximum process efficiency and achievement of targets.

• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Build strategic relationships with key clients to understand their technical requirements, present solutions, and report on project outcomes.

• Contribute to business growth strategies, proposal development, and the identification of account expansion and upselling opportunities.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in engineering management and account relationship management roles
• Understanding Process Development in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
• Knowlodge Plastic part process.
• Understanding international quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 14001, 14450)
• Fluency in English are prefered
• Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects
• Strong experience in client relationship management with demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage effectively with clients, team members and senior management
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in performance management, team development and motivation
