Section Head, Network Management Centre

What You'll Be Doing

• Head of Network Management Centre responsible for overall network management including monitoring, incident response and resolution, and planned event coordination.
• Lead a team to ensure 24/7 network availability, manage incident escalation protocols, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for effective issue resolution.
• Contribute to business planning to support short-term and long-term network operations objectives.
• Ensure effective NMC operations by maintaining strong communication and coordination between customers, maintenance teams, and external partners.
• Drive network availability by managing service disruptions and ensuring timely restoration to meet operational expectations.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships by understanding service needs and ensuring clear communication on operational matters.
• Ensure network monitoring capability is available and effectively supports operational visibility.
• Prepare and analyse network performance reports for management review and decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in telecommunications or network operations.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams within operational or technical service environments.
• Strong understanding of network operations and service continuity principles.
• Experience working in high-availability operational environments.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability in operational contexts.
• Familiarity with industry compliance, safety, and operational standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
