• Troubleshoot process-related issues and support operations teams.
• Drive energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with project teams on process upgrades and new technology implementation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare process performance reports and present insights to management.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation for process deviations.
