Section Manager Manufacturing Operations (Semiconductor)

• Manage a manufacturing operation section which activities include production
• Effectively manage human resources to ensure high level of productivity
• Responsible for quality level of the manufacturing process
• Manage small group activity & lean manufacturing
• Manage the budget and cost of the department to ensure that the company is cost-effective in all its operations
• Formulate plans & lead a team to achieve MFG goals & objectives
• Lead & guide staff to achieve operation/engineering/technical solutions as well as maintain competitiveness
• Other duties as assigned by top management.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in electrical, electronic engineering or equivalent

• 8-12 years’ work experience including 5-8 years’ manufacturing expertise experience in a high paced environment

• Good knowledge of the manufacturing operations/lean manufacturing concept

• Project management skills

• Able to lead across department and motivate teammates

• Good manpower planning skills

• Strong budget and forecast planning skills
