Responsibilities
- Support organization design and organization effectiveness projects through data analysis and organizational diagnostics.
- Analyze workforce and organizational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in transformation and change initiatives, including communication and implementation activities.
- Support culture, team effectiveness, and organizational health programs.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for management.
Qualifications
- Experience in Organization Development, Organization Design, HR, or Change Management.
- Understanding of organizational structure, workforce planning, and organization effectiveness principles.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Good English communication skills (TOEIC 750+ preferred).
