Job Summary

Grand Flora Salon is looking for an experienced and skilled Nail Section Manager / Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the nail section, supervise nail technicians, and ensure exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of nail services, techniques, products, and trends, along with strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high technical and hygiene standards, managing team performance, promoting nail services, and ensuring a professional and premium salon experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the nail section, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, coordinate, and motivate nail technicians to maintain high service standards and achieve salon targets.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of nail services, techniques, products, tools, and the latest nail trends.
• Ensure the team provides high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel polish, nail extensions, nail enhancements, and specialized nail treatments.
• Maintain expertise in French tips, French manicures, reverse French, ombré nails, baby boomer nails, nail art, chrome nails, glitter designs, cat-eye nails, and other modern nail designs.
• Have knowledge of different nail extension systems, including acrylic, hard gel, builder gel, BIAB (Builder in a Bottle), polygel, and soft gel or Gel-X extensions.
• Ensure proficiency in nail shaping, including square, squoval, almond, oval, coffin, stiletto, and other popular nail shapes.
• Oversee nail preparation, cuticle care, nail filing, buffing, shaping, polishing, and safe product application and removal.
• Understand natural nail care, nail strengthening treatments, nail repair, infills, refills, extensions maintenance, and gel polish removal.
• Maintain knowledge of nail products, including base coats, top coats, primers, dehydrators, nail adhesives, hardeners, and professional nail care treatments.
• Ensure proper application, curing, maintenance, and removal of gel and artificial nail products in accordance with product instructions.
• Supervise nail technicians to ensure consistent service quality, technical accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Manage appointments, staff schedules, duty allocation, attendance, and daily section operations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure effective resolution.
• Promote nail services, recommend suitable treatments, and support revenue growth through appropriate service and product recommendations.
• Monitor staff productivity, sales performance, customer retention, and achievement of assigned targets.
• Train and guide team members on new nail techniques, nail art trends, customer service, and salon procedures.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sanitation, tool disinfection, sterilization where applicable, and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, tools, equipment, and nail product storage.
• Monitor inventory, control product wastage, and coordinate timely replenishment of nail supplies.
• Ensure all team members maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and conduct.
• Report daily operations, sales performance, staff concerns, and customer feedback to salon management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Nail Section Manager, Nail Supervisor, Senior Nail Technician, or in a similar role within a beauty salon or spa.
• Strong technical knowledge of professional nail services, nail enhancement systems, nail art, and current industry trends.
• Practical understanding of French tips, French manicures, nail extensions, gel polish, acrylics, builder gel, BIAB, polygel, and other nail enhancement techniques.
• Knowledge of nail preparation, cuticle care, nail shaping, infills, refills, repairs, and safe product removal.
• Ability to guide, supervise, and train nail technicians in delivering high-quality services.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and complaint-handling abilities.
• Understanding of sales targets, service promotion, customer retention, and salon operations.
• Good knowledge of nail hygiene, sanitation, disinfection, sterilization procedures, and client safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service quality.

Work Location: Grand Flora Salon, UAE

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
