Job Overview

The Section Supervisor – Customer Service is responsible for overseeing the cashiering and customer service operations, ensuring efficient transaction flow, excellent customer service delivery, and optimal manpower utilization. This role leads front-end personnel, ensures compliance with operational standards, and supports store performance through effective supervision and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cashiering and customer service operations to ensure smooth transactions
• Monitor queue management and maintain efficient customer flow across check-out counters
• Ensure availability and proper use of POS equipment, cashier supplies, and packaging materials

Customer Service Representatives, cashiers, and baggers

• Develop manpower schedules based on store needs and peak hours
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally
• Ensure excellent customer experience through proper service standards and staff behavior
• Promote loyalty programs and support customer engagement activities
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Conduct coaching, training, and performance monitoring for front-end staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course
• At least 6 months of relevant supervisory or customer service experience
• Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of cashiering operations, POS systems, and retail processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
