Open seven days a week, we seat up to 150 guests per seatings and boast an impressive 500-label wine list alongside a refined cocktail offering. We are currently seeking experienced Section Waiters to join our passionate and close-knit front-of-house team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing hospitality group that prides itself on quality, service, and unforgettable guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in fast-paced, premium dining
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong multitasking
• Fluent English and full Australian working rights
• Current RSA certification
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism
• Present menus and share detailed knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and potential allergens
• Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glassware
• Inform guests of daily specials and offer thoughtful recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS or memorisation
• Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and with finesse
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining area and table settings
• Handle bill payments and clear tables efficiently
• Participate in pre-service briefings and stay updated on menu changes and special events
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times
• Strive to deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience
